Is it possible to set up and use the rooms late at night and early in the morning?

Is it possible to bring food and beverages into the premises?

Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed. Various catering and drink services are available on the premises. Please consult our facility coordinators.

Public Wi-Fi is available everywhere in Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho building. For private LAN/Wi-Fi set ups in seminars and conference rooms, please consult our facility coordinators.

The whole Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho building is barrier-free.
As there is no direct elevator access to our facilities, please proceed to the 4F using the elevators located on the 1F and the 2F.
