- Is it possible to set up and use the rooms late at night and early in the morning?

- Yes. However, in such cases separate fees will be charged. For more details, please see here (price list).

- Is it possible to bring food and beverages into the premises?

- Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed. Various catering and drink services are available on the premises. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Do you offer discounts for the parking lot?

- No discounts are offered; you may, however, choose to pay by invoice.

- Is it possible to place guiding sign boards on the premises?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to deploy guiding attendants on the premises?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to eat and drink in the lobby?

- It is not allowed in principle; however, if you intend to use the whole building, please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to eat and drink in the common areas (in front of the lobby, in the aisles and so forth)?

- It is not allowed in principle; however, if you intend to use multiple rooms for parties or similar purposes, please consult our facility coordinators.

- How high is the ceiling?

- It is 3.9 m high in the Main Room and 3.9 m/3.2 m in the Seminar Rooms.

- How many microphones are available?

- Two wired and two wireless microphones are available per 1 span in both the Main Room and the Seminar Rooms.

- Is it possible to mount a stage?

- Yes. We provide a portable stage.

- Is it possible to bring in video equipment?

- Yes. Please contact us first so that our technical staff can provide assistance.

- Is it possible to bring in simultaneous interpreting equipment?

- Bringing in your own simultaneous interpreting equipment is not allowed. The equipment that suits to your request is available on the premises, so please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to bring in signboards?

- Yes.

- Is wireless LAN available?

- Public Wi-Fi is available everywhere in Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho building. For private LAN/Wi-Fi set ups in seminars and conference rooms, please consult our facility coordinators.

- Are the premises accessible by wheelchair?

- The whole Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho building is barrier-free.
As there is no direct elevator access to our facilities, please proceed to the 4F using the elevators located on the 1F and the 2F.

- Can I collect my luggage on the premises?

- Yes. However, please consult our facility coordinators in the case of oversize luggage.

- Is it possible to ship luggage from the premises?

- Yes. All home-delivery services can be used. For details, please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to dispose of garbage on the premises?

- In principle, all garbage should be taken home.

- How bright is the projector?

- It is 6500 lm.

- What is the size of the screens?

- Yes.

Setting up your private taxi-boarding area is not allowed.
Please use the Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho common taxi stand (2F).

- Can you arrange for mineral water?

- Yes. Please contact our facility coordinators.

- Can you arrange for glasses?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Can you arrange for coffee?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Do you have staff who can help with ascending/descending the stage?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Can you arrange for party hostesses?

- Yes. Please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is there a cloakroom?

- No cloakrooms are available. In the case one is needed, you may rent a separate room and use it as cloakroom. We can also arrange for staff /supplies for the cloakroom, so please consult our facility coordinators for details.

- What is the capacity of the power supply?

- Power capacity can be adjusted based on the size of seminars and events. Please consult our facility coordinators if you require a large power capacity.

- Where is the smoking area?

- Smoking areas are located on the 1F, 2F and 3F.

- Where is the taxi stand?

- It is located on the 2F. The 2F is conveniently accessible by elevator.

- Is there a coffee shop on the premises?

- DEAN & DELUCA in located on the 1F and Starbucks and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are on the 2F.

- Is there a convenience store nearby?

- There is a FamilyMart on the 2F.

- Is there a post office in the vicinity?

- The closest post office is located in the Prefectural Assembly Hall, about 1 minute on foot from our facilities.

- Is there an ATM?

- There is one at the office entrance on the 1F and one on the 2F.

- How should I go about shipping my luggage?

- You may use any commercial home-delivery service. For details please consult our facility coordinators.

- Is it possible to request an extension of time at short notice?

- Please inform our facility coordinators in advance about any extension, keeping in mind that your request may be turned down depending on the booking situation.
